My recent investment purchase is my second deal with Truis Lending. Truis Lending has proven to be an outstanding hard-money lender, combining speed, transparency, and professionalism in both of my transactions even though they were complex deals. Their team was attentive to my lending needs and delivered creative funding solutions that made even my second complex real estate investment seamless; and this recent one very profitable. Communication with Truis is clear, they set expectations, and they are responsive. I have considered other lenders but Truis Lending is apart from typical lenders.
