About us
My real estate investing journey began in 2018 as a house hacker with a fourplex in Tallahassee. Now I help others buy investment property here in Florida's Capital City! I'm also a land specialized real estate agent, and the co-founder of the All Acres Land Company, a direct land buying business acquiring properties throughout Florida. In 2024, I've also started my first new construction project, building a single family home in Dunnellon (Ocala area.) This was my first time buying real estate and I was pretty nervous because I had no idea what to expect. Ray made the whole thing so much easier. He walked me through everything from start to finish and even showed up in person to support me at closing. He kept me in the loop the whole time and answered all my questions. He’s super professional, really down-to-earth, and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Professional, efficient, and exactly as promised. Ray was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He knows his market extremely well, communicates clearly, and stays on top of every detail without needing to be chased. The process was smooth, expectations were set correctly, and the outcome matched exactly what we discussed upfront. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s knowledgeable, responsive, and actually gets deals done, Ray is the guy. I will absolutely be working with him again and recommend him without hesitation.

Ray Seaman, The Consumate Professional. Ray was extremely professional from the moment we spoke on the phone. He brought two wonderful buyers and he helped us navigate the concerns we had regarding Seller financing. Ray stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. The sale of our home went as smoothly as we could have wished and the closing happened within one week after we reached agreement on pricing and terms. Overall, it was a great experience. If you’re hoping to find buyers for your home, vacant land, or to help sell your property I would heartily recommend reaching out to Ray. You will not be disappointed.

Most effective agent I've ever worked with. Ray was excellent in the way he represented my wife and me. He maintained close contact with the sellers agent and successfully arranged to have the contract extended three times after the due dilligence process was delayed. I would recommend him to family and friends alike.
