Just like my first ever rental property deal in Memphis, I researched on Bigger Pockets for a knowledgeable, honest investor-friendly realtor (who is a local investor themselves) with great reviews. After scouring the forums for a few weeks, I saw that Tyler's info was good, simple, no-fluff advice that pointed people in the right direction. I ended up messaging him and called him the next day with questions about the Orlando market. He was knowledgeable about the different areas/neighborhoods, thoroughly answered my questions, and I never felt pressured toward doing anything uncomfortable.
