I must say that YOLANDA is ONE OF THE BEST!!! I have been asking her questions about MY future home and she didn't hesitate to assist me! She told me what I would have to do to get prepared for buying my first home and she even explained how the 1st time Homebuyer process would be!!! I am sooooooooo excited and I can't wait to get started with looking for and purchasing my 1st NEW home with Yolanda!!! My goodness she is very informational and you can tell she cares!!! She makes me feel like family and that means A LOT!!! I am very grateful that Yolanda and Wayfinder Homes LLC are around to assist clients like me!!!

Tehane gave us some very clear valuable advice regarding renovating and selling our home. She told us how to increase the value of our home (renovating our bathroom WITH a tub), best time to sell, even the best ways to finance (she explained the differences between a HELOC vs. a Home equity loan, advantages and disadvantages of both) Any further real estate transactions that we will be involved in, we will make sure to use Tehane's consultations/wayfinder homes as our source.

Tehane treated us with the utmost respect and compassion during a very difficult time for my family and I. She made sure that every detail was taken care of throughout the entire process of selling our family home, and made absolutely sure that everything within her control was absolutely seamless and perfect.
