Javani has been an amazing account manager! He is always available at a moment’s notice, stays on top of everything going on with my property, and is incredibly helpful and patient. Managing a rental property can be stressful, and it makes such a difference knowing I have someone reliable and responsive looking out for my home. I truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend him!

Just started working with Adam at RE and it is a very different experience. The team provides some very valuable analysis of every opportunity they send me. It's very helpful and lets me know what to focus on and dig more into. Looking forward to landing a deal very soon. Think: real estate concierge.

They have been great in dealing with our problems and great in dealing with our needs. I recommend them to everybody and I have been with them now for some time and the response, communication and they're way to always find the right person to fix and help out it's amazing something I wasn't expecting thank you Kerry for your understanding and Donni for your help accros the mechanics and helping me communicate with who I needed at times I needed it most. I honestly wish I could give more stars.

I do not generally write reviews but I am very disappointed in the service provided with this company. I do not recommend. The agency is not locally based though it appears that they are, which is challenging in itself as they are very hard to get in contact with. There is very poor follow-up/communication through the leasing process. For this reason, even though I had tried to work with them for almost 2 months, I terminated my contract before they could place a tenant. Even now, almost a month out from terminating, they have yet to return my keys. Very poor service.

I have had an extremely positive experience overall. Everyone on the team who have been primarily handling my management are excellent, helpful and thorough including Annie, Kerry-Ann, Kahalia, Donnie, Holly. The same is true for everyone else I have dealt with. Having a whole dedicated team working together is giving me great peace of mind.
