Jared is a United States Air Force Veteran, holds a Housing Degree from the University of Georgia and is the founder of The BrickKicker of Athens, a home inspection company that he owned and operated for 9 years until selling it in December of 2013 in order to pursue a career in real estate sales. As a Realtor, Jared has a passion for all things Real Estate and loves educating his clients on the purchase and investment process.

Jared is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He genuinely cares about providing great client service and making sure people are taken care of throughout the process. Responsive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone looking for a realtor who puts clients first.

Jared was absolutely amazing to work with as we purchased our first home in Watkinsville. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, supportive, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, especially even as first-time homeowners.
He took the time to guide us through every step, answered all of our questions, and helped us find a home that’s a perfect fit for our family. He also connected us with a great lender and other trusted professionals, which made a huge difference in keeping everything smooth and on track.
What really stood out is that his support didn’t stop at closing. Jared has continued to be responsive and helpful as we prepare to move in, offering recommendations for movers and other services.

Ingle was such an incredible help in finding us our perfect home. As first-time homebuyers, it was so impactful to have an agent who guided us through the process and was really on our side every step of the way. She truly cares about her clients and has invaluable experience in the industry.
Anita is also a huge part of the team behind the scenes and made sure all the paperwork was in order on our side, allowing us to be competitive when multiple bids were on the table. We appreciate everyone on Jared’s team for helping us buy our first house!

If you ever need a real estate agent Jared is simply the only option. I was a first time home buyer and he diligently took the time to walk me through the entire process start to finish, and even had the connections for inspectors and lenders. In a world where agents treat you as a commission check, Jared treats you as a person . If you ever need an agent in Athens Jared is truly the best.
