We really appreciated Jimmy’s experience and guidance as we bought our first duplex in Columbus OH! He helped us understand the neighborhoods, made time to take us to multiple properties to calibrate price points and regularly sends quality deal leads as we pursue our next project. He is very communicative with us as out of state investors and his assistance on the ground is invaluable every step of the scouting and buying process. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Jimmy is an excellent realtor! He helped us sell our duplex quickly and for more than we thought we could get for it. He was incredibly attentive and communicative and I felt like he had our backs throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond and helped us navigate an untimely eviction as well as helped us get bids for some last-minute repairs.
I highly recommend Jimmy for any of your real estate sales needs in Columbus. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and a pleasure to work with. You won't go wrong with Jimmy!

Jimmy was absolutely incredible! From the start he’s been completely on point. We were buying a home from out of state and were not able to be present, and Jimmy handled everything for us. Jimmy made the process so easy and was very knowledgeable. He gave us personalized recommendations based on exactly our criteria and had great referrals for contractors, insurance, property managers, and so on. We have now closed on our first property, and we are so ready to do it all again in the future with Jimmy.

As an out of state investor, you need a great agent. Jimmy is that person for me. He is very knowledgeable with the real estate market in Columbus and will help you analyze the deal. To be able to get a great deal, you need to be fast as a seller and realtor. Jimmy is very responsive and will also bring you off-market deals that he has analyzed to potentially be a good investment.
An awesome agent is not just about bringing properties in your inbox. Jimmy has contacts for anything that you would need for your investment property: lender, contractor, property manager, etc.
He helped me close on my first investment property in a great neighborhood, turnkey, and has tax abatement which is a HUGE plus. We will definitely be doing more deals in the future!

Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. We were able to quickly identify and close on an investment property. We had a number of opportunities that we pursued - not all of them moved to the final stage, but Jimmy was patient and supportive throughout the full process and extremely helpful throughout.
I appreciated Jimmy's quickness in pursuing opportunities together and thoroughness once an opportunity progressed. I continue to seek investment properties in Columbus and Jimmy is the only agent here that I have/will work with for my personal residential real estate investments!
