About us
Investor-friendly agent specializing in long-term/buy&holds, fix & flips and short-term rentals. I started my real estate journey in January 2020 when I purchased my first single-family home. Since then, I have acquired 5 more single-family homes and 2 duplexes. I got started by doing a cash-out refinance on my primary residence (now a rental). I formed a partnership for my last deal to purchase 6 of the units. I manage 7 of the 10 units myself, so I can help direct investors on managing their properties. I am a licensed CPA and Financial Specialist, so I am comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements. As such, analyzing deals is where I can provide the best service. I have concentrated on cash flowing properties with a target of a cash-on-cash return of under 5 years. I cannot say enough good things to describe Rob and White Pines Sotheby! The entire process was extremely smooth, very transparent, and incredibly easy. Whether it was Rob himself or anyone else in the company, including Colleen and Mollie, every single person had my best interest in mind and I will NEVER go anywhere else for my home buying or selling needs! They are is easily the best option when it comes to anything in the real estate world!

Rob and Mollie were amazing to work with! As first-time homebuyers relocating from out of state, we needed realtors who were flexible with our schedules and great at communication. They guided us step by step, always making sure we understood what we needed to know, and helped us find our home.
Even though we didn’t visit their office until the end, its location in the center of town is ideal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Rob and Mollie to anyone buying a home!

Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect in our journey. We purchased our first out of state rental property. He advised our on an offer that would be competitive and when it was accepted we felt comfortable to ask him questions or get his input along the way. He also connected us to a property management company and set up a meeting with the property management owner who was part of the final walk through. Communication is key and even though there was a 3 hour time difference he was always available to answer our questions and respond promptly.

I honestly cannot speak more highly of Josh. I met Josh as a new investor and he was so incredibly helpful. He was patient, responsive, hard-working, and he took the time to discuss each house with me. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area in which he works and has great contacts in the area as well.
