We've worked with Kenny's team twice the past two years. Kenny, Mauricio, and Rose were awesome! They made the process easy for us while driving cross-country from FL. The process from start to finish in financing our first multi-family purchase was seamless. We also refinanced with Kenny's team a year later and hope to purchase more over the years to come.

Mauricio and Kenny helped me to fund a new DSCR loan for my first STR property. While lot of lenders said no to arrange a DSCR loan to a LLC for a first time buyer, Simpson team not only made it happen, they got it done well before the closing date . They were super helpful, responsive and git me the best deal available in the market.

We recently worked with Kenny and his team to acquire a rental property in LA County. The property was a little unusual - multiple other lenders told me they couldn't do it - but Kenny found a way to make it happen! He expertly navigated through some tough issues and his team made the process smooth. Highly recommend!

Kenny and his team (Rose and Mauricio!) have been an absolutely fantastic resource here in San Diego. He has helped get me a mortgage multiple times (2 VA home loans throughout the years) and has helped get into quality, trustworthy, hard money loans for investing projects.
Even if you look past the basic services his company provides him and his team offer weekly blogs and market insights that are incredibly insightful. We recommend Kenny to all of our clients and friends and will continue to do so!

After purchasing my first property I began researching and diving deeper into real estate investing. Every where I looked said first build a team Realtor, Lender, Contractor ETC. After doing tons of research I found Kenny and the Simpson team. After listening to a few of his podcast and following his social media activity it was evident that he is a successful lender because of all of his personal real estate investing experience. I met wit Kenny and told him I was looking to purchase an investment property to short term rental, to no surprise he owns short term rentals and offered to sit with me and gave me a step by step guide on what I needed to start and operate my short term rental. A couple of months after my purchase Kenny and the Simpson team helped a family member close on a deal that likely would have fallen out had it not been for Kenny's extensive experience with tricky multi unit deals. Since then I have referred friends and family and feel good knowing they will be taken care of.

I work with both Kenny and Krystle for my financing needs. I am both an investor as well as multifamily real estate agent, I utilize their loan programs for my purchases and refinances as well as recommend them to all my clients, whether it be for 2-4 unit residential purchases (Kenny) or 5+ apartment purchases/refinances (Krystle).
I enjoy working with them because they are professional, communicative, and most importantly have an in depth knowledge about the market and investing strategies as they are also investors themselves. Kenny and I work closely together to make sure our clients get the best deals and best loan for their purchase.
I choose Kenny over other lenders because I know he can navigate the hurtles associated with multifamily investing and can structure me and my client's finances in a way to maximize their situation.
