Short-Term Rental Investment Team | Oakhurst, Bass Lake & Yosemite Gateway Area | eXp Realty of California

We help investors and second-home buyers buy short-term rentals (STRs) and Airbnbs near Yosemite National Park, serving Oakhurst, Bass Lake, Coarsegold, Ahwahnee, Fish Camp, Wawona and Yosemite West.
We’re three women in our 60s with over 30 years of combined real estate experience. Between us we own 9 cash-flowing vacation rentals here. Judy Wensloff, team leader, founded Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals, which currently manages about 70 local homes. She’s joined by buyer’s agent Lori Pyne and admin Glenda Greene.

Because we manage about 70 rentals, we give you real local performance data, guidance on TOT permits and STR rules, and the option of full-service management or self-management support.
We work with buyers from the Bay Area, Southern California, and out of state who want a Yosemite vacation home that pays for itself. We cover Madera and Mariposa Counties, including cabins, A-frames, luxury homes, and properties near Bass Lake.

Let’s talk about your goals!
