Christine was so amazing to work with. As first time homebuyers, there were a lot of unknowns for us. Christine helped us through each step of the homebuying process. She was very informative, but never pushy. She went out of her way to make our experience, smooth and painless. Would recommend!

Christine’s customer service was great! She had a strategy to get the offer accepted and get straight to close. She is definitely investor friendly and will take into consideration your goals for the property. I wanted a turnkey updated property so she made sure to check the ages of all appliances and make sure I’d only have to do cosmetic upgrades. She is there every step of the way if you have questions and I’d recommend her to friends and family any day!

Christine made the home-buying process simple and painless to from our initial introduction to close. She knows the market very well and is always immediately available for questions. She made sure I understood exactly how to get from making an offer to closing, and there were no unexpected surprises during the process. Christine was highly personable and fun to work with too! I would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a broker.

Wow! Freaking amazing! Christine was very patient with us during our first home buying experience. She was always on time to every showing and helped us find our dream home. Very responsive, punctual, kind, and knowledgeable. The condo we purchased was a new construction and she was the best advocate we could’ve asked for throughout the process. She also has great connections with lenders and lawyers so we didn’t have to go far to get everything we needed. We’ve already referred her to several of our friends and family and they all agree she’s great! Will be working with her again.

We loved working with Christine and can’t recommend her enough. She helped us really understand… well, everything. She helped us understand more deeply what we wanted in our first home, different neighborhoods around the city, how the process would go when buying a home, and so much more. She coordinated so much, was extremely prompt and a great communicator. She had so many recommendations and information - she really empowered us to be thoughtful and prepared home buyers - and if she didn’t know something, she figured it out! And on a personal note, she’s a genuinely nice person who made us laugh and held our baby girl while we toured homes - this made everything better and easier. Lots of people can be smart and great at real estate, but Christine is above and beyond.
