I had a great experience working with Jared. From the beginning, he was clear, professional, and set realistic expectations—most importantly, he followed through on everything he said he would do. His communication was consistent, prompt, and honest throughout the entire process.
We were on a very quick timeline—renovating, financing, and selling the home in a short window—which was a unique experience for me. Jared moved quickly to get everything ready for market and handled all the details, from coordinating updates and construction to staging and painting. What could have been a stressful process felt organized and manageable because he took care of everything.
My home was beautifully presented and sold in just four days, which really speaks to his preparation and understanding of the market. I felt supported and confident every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
I would highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and effective real estate agent.

We had an amazing experience working with Jared and his team on the sale of our home. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, easy, and far exceeded our expectations. We needed to sell quickly, and Jared truly delivered—his team completed major renovations on our home within just 1–2 weeks, which was incredible to watch come together. Thanks to their hard work, strategy, and attention to detail, our home sold in just 2 days and for more than we expected. Jared and his team were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting us the best possible outcome. We started house hunting way before JH1, except it wasn’t really house hunting — more of casual browsing. However, it all changed once we started working with Jared. He spent some time getting to know us and our wants/needs before drawing up a plan. From that point forward everything moved like a smooth well-oiled machine. It actually felt like we were house hunting, with tours set up every weekend according to our schedules. Jared’s expertise in real estate was evident from the get-go, and working with him improved our own knowledge in home buying tenfold. He guided us through every step of the home buying process, from putting in offers and negotiating, to inspections and financing, to loan queries and renovation ideas, ensuring we felt confident and informed along the way. His patience and insightful advice on why a property might or might not be a good fit was invaluable. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

I’m writing this review from the office of my dream home that Jared helped us find and get into. Earlier this year we didn’t know what we were going to do with our old home. It was my childhood home and It needed a lot of updates, it was also never going to be big enough for our needs. we were overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. It just happens that Jared had bought and fully renovated my grandmothers old home and i saw his sign in front of the house. I reached out to see if I could see the renovation and then to talk to him about him possibly buying my home. We set a meeting up for that same week and signed a deal right there. Jared also was now representing us as our realtor. We had met with other developers/realtors and none of them felt like a good fit for our needs. When looking for a new home I was picky and knew what I wanted and he helped find it, and effortlessly on our end secure my dream home. We were given ample time to find the home and move. Jared helped with every aspect of the deal including finding the financing we needed, and new home inspection. He is someone who has built a great team around him and has tons of resources. My husband and I are so grateful for everything he helped us with because if it wasn’t for Jared we would not be in this new house. I’ve already given his name to others I know that are looking to buy a home.
