Together Suzanne Moore and Sarah Willis work as a team and make up the Central Oregon Real Estate Investor Network. All of that is in addition to helping their clients find the perfect homes to enjoy all the wonders of Central Oregon living. Working with this group was the best. They are professional, quick, help you understand options or think creatively about something. They have so much knowledge and experience. They are great at honoring your wishes and also being direct and giving feedback if/as needed. They helped my husband get a seller financed deal earlier this year and helped us find the best home we could have asked for connecting us to people who helped us get fantastic rates and seller credits for a rate buy down!

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Throughout the entire process, Sarah was patient, hardworking, and always had our backs. She was a tough negotiator when it mattered, but also kept things fun with her great sense of humor, which helped take some of the stress out of buying a home.
What stood out most was how available and attentive she was. Even though we knew she had other clients, she always made us feel like we were her top priority.
Buying a home is a big deal, and having someone you trust makes all the difference. We're incredibly grateful for everything Sarah did for us and would recommend her without hesitation.

Stop your search now. Sarah (and her partner Suzanne) are the only agents you need to know. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and unparalleled negotiation skills are simply second to none. As a mortgage lender myself I work with real estate agents every day, and I wish they were all as skilled, and fun to work with as Sarah. They are the only ones I trust for my personal real estate transactions, too :)

Sarah helped me with my first investment deal. She is friendly and responsive and happy to walk properties and evaluate them with a critical eye, I depended on her knowledge of the local market to assess ARV with various options. This was not a cookie cutter deal, but Sarah accommodated easily and provided the the guidance I needed, along with resources and connections to contractors. The deal is closed, the remodel is underway, and I look forward to working with her again!
