About us
Over the past two years, I have helped 40+ investors find and purchase their next investment property in the greater Milwaukee area. My niche is working with investors, and I am an investor myself. The majority of my business is working with investors (both local and out of state), and my process is driven around educating my clients on the nuances of Milwaukee to help them feel confident and educated to make their next investment decision. My start in real estate investing began by househacking a duplex here in Milwaukee. I then house hacked a second duplex, purchased a 5-unit which I self-manage, turned my first duplex into an Air BNB, and currently flip around 2-3 houses per year with some local friends. I became a realtor because I saw personally how real estate investing impacted my overall cash flow and net worth, and how I feel I have made a phenomenal foundation and nest egg for my future family, and I wanted to help other people reap those same benefits. Beyond real estate, I am an avid golfer, I love watching Formula 1, I enjoy going to local Milwaukee restaurants, or in the winter time, taking trips out west to go skiing. Nick is the man. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ve worked with 6 realtors and it isn’t even close. Nick blows them all away. He’s so far above and beyond what you would expect and his team is great. Nick will make sure he finds you the best deal, work with you for whatever you need/want, and then make sure it’s done , done right, and on time. He knows the Milwaukee area inside and out. And won’t sell you something just to do it, he wants you to get the right deal. He can work with you local or not.

Nick Harrington was absolutely exceptional to work with. From start to finish during the purchase of my multi family property in Milwaukee, he demonstrated deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and an incredible level of responsiveness and kindness. I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Nick Harrington is hands-down the best real estate agent I've worked with in Wisconsin as a real estate investor. He goes above and beyond every single time. I have worked with him for over 20 deals and can honestly say that I truly appreciate the dedication he puts into listening to his client's needs. He gets the deal done - whether it’s answering calls promptly, walking properties in person, or giving us detailed, honest insights that help us make confident decisions.
Overall - Nick is incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. The level of trust we have with him is unmatched, and that alone says everything. He treats every deal like it matters, because to him, it does. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for Wisconsin buys or sells, and I truly don’t believe anyone could top the service, dedication, and trust Nick brings to the table!
