Daniel was an amazing agent for us. He sat down with us before signing anything with him and took down what we wanted and what we needed in a house, and gave us a lot of great information. After choosing him to represent us he was a dedicated and spectacular agent. He waded through the housing market with us and consistently provided houses with what we asked for and never above our price. He ended up offering a tour of the gorgeous home we just signed for and it was perfect. I will be recommending him and his team to anyone who will listen.

From the very start, with John Ringgold, I knew I had chosen the best Realtor for the sale of my home. John quickly explained the process to my novice level. I was recommended Team Ringgold by a coworker who interviewed probably half a dozen realtors before choosing Team Ringgold. I'm glad I took her suggestion as Riley and co was nothing but professional and incredibly helpful as I navigated the house selling process. Would recommend.

My spouse and I sold our home through Team Riggold. It was an amazing experience, truly. We feared selling our home for many years, and tried to avoid it becuase it seemed like a daunting task, but Riley Riggold made the process extremely easy, we were truly shocked at how easy the process was.
We were able to get the asking price out of our home, and almost all paperwork was handled over email which made things easy with our busy schedules. Riley and his team were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, but also willing to help my spouse and I through this learning process.
We plan on recommending them to everyone!! We can’t wait to use team Riggold when buying our next home!!

Riley did a fantastic job. We were out of town when we listed it with him and he did a lot of work above and beyond. We found out our roof needed repaired he got that all done and a new roof on before we closed. We couldn’t have done this so easily without Riley!! Job well done!!!

I’ve worked with hundreds of different realtors over the years as a licensed loan officer, and Riley Ringgold’s communication throughout the entire process was top notch! He answered the phone every time I called and was easy to coordinate with when closing came down to the wire. I would highly recommend Riley and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Topeka metro area!

John was not only local to the neighborhood I was selling, his pricing was spot on. Someone decided to sell under market value (and the crazy winter/election timeframe of 2024-2024), resetting the prices a little, that’s how economics work. I still had a fair price on the house, and I didn’t know or had ever met John before selling my former marital home, but he’s a stand up, good, honest man.
His process was transparent, he was in constant communication, he’s polite, and he was a neighbor.
I hope to move back into that neighborhood someday or nearby, and he’s definitely one of the realtors I would contact for a good, honest buy or sale of a home.
If you read Tess’s review, I was the “ex husband” she referred to, and I was not her ex husband, and legally still am hers, it’s completely littered with fallacies, and I would disregard it completely. I’d contact John if you have questions, he’s a good, trustworthy man.
