I cannot say enough nice things about John and his team. He was very patient with us while we looked for a home for my parents. Excellent communication and extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate related and beyond. He has a lot of contacts which helped getting estimates for some home repairs. He even checked in on us after closing. You can tell he really enjoys being a realtor and finding that perfect home for his clients. When we are ready to sell our home we will be using Team Ringgold without hesitation! Thank you, John, for everything!

This was my second time purchasing a house, and I did not know what I was doing. Riley was a huge help. It took our family months, because we had to break to handle some other obligations. He was very patient, gave us clear information, and helped us make important decisions as we worked through the process!

I can't thank Norm enough for all the ways he helped guide me through the home-buying process.
I started this journey very uneducated about everything. Norm was always helpful and patient, never condescending about what I didn't know. Every house viewing became an educational adventure where Norm's keen attention to detail caught imperfections that not only helped me make an informed purchase, but also helped me to learn things to look out for. Believe it or not, it became fun to look at houses. I kinda miss it🤪!
I consistently felt supported and looked out for while working with Norm. I do feel he was protecting my interests, and I appreciated his direct honesty about the conditions of the various houses we looked at. I never felt like he was trying to rush things to make a quick sale. Instead, it always seemed that he genuinely wanted to get me in a house that I would have 0 buyer's remorse about.
Everything about Norman shows he is a person of integrity who really cares about helping others and doing what is right. The more you talk to him, the longer you know him, the more it shows. Me and my best friend decided to move to Topeka because we wanted to be more close to our jobs and our friends! We were wondering around the neighborhood in Topeka and seen an open house sign, we went in and instantly met Rusty Mills! He was super nice and genuine to us and we told him we wanted to sell! He was instantly so excited to help us. My favorite part about it all was how Rusty was there 24/7 with any questions we had or concerns too, he was super on top of everything and fun to work with, with our future! Rusty Mills is your guy for the job!! So happy with our chooses! We made a new friend too!
