John and Jeff were a pleasure to work with and represent me as a client when buying a first home. Through out the process john and Jeff always had my best interest i felt. I appreciated their honest opinions on each home we looked at as they have a wealth of knowledge in the realesate industry between the 2 of them. To say John and Jeff are hustlers for their clients is an understatement. Highly recommend them to friends or relatives. Also Cole and his wife Sarah with sente mortgage who i did my financing through were amazing. All around a pleasurable and great experience with all 4 people who helped me through this process. Thanks again all.

Working with John Terrier to purchase our home was an incredible experience. As we were moving to South Carolina from Ohio, John kept us informed throughout the entire process. We decided to relocate across state lines from Mississippi to Summerville, South Carolina, to start a new chapter of our lives. Since we were moving from out of state, we needed a realtor with deep local market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and someone we could trust to be our boots on the ground. We chose Stephen Moody because his professionalism, responsiveness, and stellar reputation immediately stood out, giving us total confidence that our long-distance move would be handled seamlessly. We recently sold our home using Matt O'Neill Real Estate - represented by Ethan Mayo. We were under contract in 14 days in a challenging market so needless to say I am thrilled with how everything worked out and cannot say enough good things about working with Ethan. Ethan is the perfect blend of professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He truly does his home work and comes prepared to all meetings with updated and reliable information to help you sell (or buy) a home. One of Ethan's biggest strengths is communication. Found Paul on BP and from the get go, I could tell it was going to be a good fit. He helped me purchase an out of state single family investment property in Charleston, SC. I was using a 1031 exchange, which made things a little tricky but he was always there with his expertise and excellent communication that made things easier when we hit road bumps with appraisals and lending. Would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase or sell in the greater Charleston area to not mess around and do yourself a favor by working with Paul Kelton or Matt O’Neil Real Estate.
