The process was remarkably seamless for my first independent flip loan. Claire took the time to thoroughly address all my questions and provide detailed explanations of their procedures. Overall, it was an excellent experience; we successfully closed the deal in approximately one week. I extend my gratitude to Claire and Robert for their outstanding support.
