Avalon Capital is the best hard money lender & they are available in the best real estate market in the country, Memphis TN! I have used Avalon on multiple occasions to fund my investment properties & as a realtor in Memphis that works with tons of real estate investors, both local & out-of-state, I always send my clients to them when they need to fund a BRRRR or flip! Great all round guys and I consider them part of my underwriting process I recommend to my clients as they grow their portfolio!
