I’ve don’t multiple deals with Avalon Capital and I have been nothing but pleased with them since I’ve started working with them. The process is straight forward with fast approvals and seamless closings. The entire staff at Avalon are great people to work with and I look forward to continue my business with them.

The process was remarkably seamless for my first independent flip loan. Claire took the time to thoroughly address all my questions and provide detailed explanations of their procedures. Avalon Capital is the best hard money lender & they are available in the best real estate market in the country, Memphis TN! I have used Avalon on multiple occasions to fund my investment properties & as a realtor in Memphis that works with tons of real estate investors, both local & out-of-state, I always send my clients to them when they need to fund a BRRRR or flip!
