I contacted Chris in May out of curiosity while entertaining the thought of potentially selling our property. Chris did not pressure me in any way...he was patient, explained everything thoroughly, went to the property to get a look and got back to me. We hummed and hawed for a few weeks & we decided to move forward with selling. Chris's first above and beyond moment....met with our tenants and took possession of the property, did a walk through to confirm all was well quickly so we could get our tenants their deposit back as soon as possible, he even went the extra mile and changed a handful of bulbs and cleaned the deck and porch to get it picture ready. We (unfortunately) ended up with some storm damage and he coordinated with insurance adjusters and contractors and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going as planned and truly was our eyes since we are a military family who isn't in the area. The entire process from start to finish was top notch, communication was there every step of the way and we heard back within minutes every time we had a question or concern.
