From start to finish Chris Varsek treated us professionally and looked out for our best interest. He knew our situation and the difficulty involved and was compassionate through it all. He is very knowledgeable with the selling and buying aspects of the area, and shared the information with us. Chris provided suggestions on getting the house ready to sell and also gave us contacts to assist us with our needs. He also provided us with a lawyer annd she was wonderful! All resources he provided were great and timely!
Our experience with Chris exceeded expectations. The selling process went smooth and Chris provided in every aspect of the selling processes. The house sold with asking price and closed within 30 days without a hitch! Thank you Chris Varsek!!

The whole team was very helpful in our house search. Naomi went out of her way to show us houses as soon as possible and if she wasn't available, Chris was. The whole process was as smooth as it could have been.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Chris and Naomi were a fantastic team. From our first meeting they were professional and stood out from the other realtor teams we met. They did a lot of research to get us the best price for our home. Chris kept us informed each step of the way. He negotiated on our behalf and made sure to get us the best and highest price for our home. We wish we weren’t moving so we could team up with Chris And Naomi to sell a few more investment properties. 100% recommend his team. You want them in your corner when you are buying or selling a home.

Chris is simply the best! He is attentive, communicative, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and always made sure to keep us updated on what was happening through every step of the home buying process.
This was our first time ever buying a house and he made the whole process seamless and easy. He was very accommodating, as we were living out of state and could not be there in person to house hunt, and did not hesitate to set up zoom calls with us so we could understand everything that was needed from us and see houses.
We are now in the most perfect home for our family, and all of that is because of Chris. He has his clients best interests at heart and we could not be more thankful to have gone through this process with him as our agent.

As first time homebuyers my fiancé and I had no idea what we were getting into. Chris and his team were fantastic! We had a sit down meeting where Chris thouroughly explained the process to us so we knew what to expect. He and his team worked with our crazy schedules and got us to every house showing we wanted to see. They gave insightful input along the way but never pushed us in any direction which was very helpful. We closed on our first house and I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone and everyone! He even brought over a sold sign for the day we closed so we could take a photo to commemorate our first home together.
