About us
Here is a general synopsis of what I have been able to accomplish, how I have grown, and what's next: In the last several years I have taken a significant interest in real estate! I became a licensed broker roughly four years ago. My first full calendar year and I was able to achieve almost 10MM in sales and 57 transactions! My largest deal was a 103 unit apartment complex in Ft Wayne. I have also diversified into property management and was able to grow our property management 109% in the one year of which they now currently manage almost 1000 doors here in NE Indiana. I am excited to continue to grow my realtor and personal investing business over the next several years with a goal to add more agents on my team. In the process of all of this we were able to grow our personal rental portfolio to 43 doors! Currently our portfolio NETS roughly 15k per month. My fiancé and I sold a very nice home to move into a triplex and do something called house hacking where you live in one side and rent out the others(so in essence we were living for free!) We have also value-added several multifamily properties to massively increase NOI and appraised value. Multifamily and high-end single family rentals are my current specialty with a future focus in Large Apartment buildings and Commercial.

As a realtor myself, I must say I am impressed with Jordan and the Wildman team! Working with them on the other side was painless and efficient. The energy was contagious with a successful transaction for all parties. Outside of myself I highly recommend the Wildman team!

The Wildman real estate team is a well rounded group of individuals who possess real estate expertise, investment property expertise and excellent communication skills.
The assistants on the team especially shine in their ability to coordinate a transaction so that the buyer can rest easy knowing things are taken care of.
Mr. Wildman is a leading agent in the area & his years of experience and committment to his clients shows.

What an experience!!! Jordan and his team went above and beyond. The concierge level of attention to details was incredible. They took care of process every step of the way, from inspections, repair quotes, scheduling and clear communications with all parties involved. Truly a relationship building experience. If you want an exceptional team to help you on your buying or selling your home, I highly recommend Jordan. Thank you guys.

I called Jordan for the first time about 3-4 months ago, he was my 10th call. Out of those 10 calls, only about 3 answered. Unlike the two other agents I spoke to, Jordan took the time to listen to me. We talked about life and even laughed together before we even discussed any houses. Since then we have worked together on 3 different deals and we just closed on the second one, hoping to close the third one in a couple of weeks. I'm so thankful for his work ethic and his collaborative spirit. Anyone who gets to work with him should consider themself very lucky. Thanks Jordan, you rock!

After learning about Jordan through the BiggerPockets Forum, my husband and I decided to reach out to him for help finding a home in Fort Wayne, IN. Moving from the East Coast for the first time was a big step, but Jordan made the process seamless. He showed us homes via FaceTime, ensured we got exactly what we wanted, and guided us every step of the way.
Nearly two years later, we made the decision to move back to the East Coast and immediately turned to Jordan once again. Selling our home with him was the smoothest, most stress-free real estate experience we’ve ever had. Even while managing everything from out of state, we knew we were in good hands.

We had a great experience with Jordan and Ruby in buying our dream home. They have been very accommodating and helpful. Jordan is highly knowledgeable about the realtor market, with excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities. Ruby on the other hand, was easy to talk to, always kept us informed and answered our questions promptly. They both work together amazingly and professionally making the entire process smooth and successful. We are so grateful to have worked with them in purchasing our home. In a word - Exceptional. Jordan and his amazing team (shout out to Cassie!!!) seriously know their stuff, and well beyond just helping us sell our home. Their experience in ALL things real estate (or even business and life advice) are boundless. We wanted to sell quickly in a difficult market (approaching election, holidays, winter, and high interest rates). We were listed, sold, closed, and done in under 6 weeks!!! They are there every step of the way. As a business owner, I highly value transparency and communication. These folks are excellent on both accounts.
Not to mention their photo and video crew (and this is coming from a commercial and travel photographer) are amazing as well. Fantastic house photos and video work. Attached are a few of my favorite photos to show their quality.
He won't just try to sell your home as quickly as he can to make his $$$. He is passionate about you and understands how big this is. He'll do everything he can to fight for the best deal and look at ALL the little details you never even knew to think about when assessing a quality buyer.
