My husband and I worked with Clayton and he was fantastic! He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. He helped prioritize the criteria of what we really wanted and was so patient and honest about everything involving buying a house. We will definitely work with him again and can not recommend him enough!

Hunter Goodwin has my absolute highest recommendation as a real estate professional. I’ve purchased a home before, but this was my first time handling a long-distance real estate transaction, which is something that easily could have been stressful and complicated. I found Hunter Rodman on a recommendation from a friend. As an out of state seller Hunter certainly went above and beyond what a realtor normally does! The listing was a breeze. He did weekly house checks, scooped snow and did lawn maintenance and hosted so many open house dates, all for someone he’d never met in person. I don’t know anyone else who would work as hard as he did. Communication was amazing throughout the entire process. He is super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. You would not go wrong choosing him as your listing or buyers agent. I highly recommend him!

Clayton was an amazing realtor to work with, especially for first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable of the market, the process, and kept us updated throughout the process. His communication and problem solving with the sellers was instrumental in keeping our timeline running smoothly. His knowledge regarding potential costs and effort for upgrades of different homes we looked at was also very helpful in choosing a house to begin with. We would definitely recommend Clayton to anyone looking to buy a home in Laramie.

Josh was super helpful in the buying process. He was very responsive in showing houses and with his communication overall. When signing contracts and during the closing process, Josh made sure I understood everything in a clear and concise way. He was very good at explaining the process and the next steps, which made the whole thing less stressful. He is very knowledgeable about the area and had good recommendations of who else to work with. Josh made the experience fun, comfortable, and easy! Would definitely recommend him. Thank you!!
