I’ve had a pleasant experience working with the JWB team for a few years now and in two totally different economies. Real estate investing is not always a pleasant experience, however, JWB has always been highly communicative, responsive to my requests, and most importantly they consistently work towards accomplishing the promises they make and the services they sell. They say what they mean and do what they say. I’m glad to be working with JWB in Jacksonville. They are worth a serious consideration if you’re looking for a property management company.

My business partner and I have been with JWB Real Estate Capital: Property Management since 2019. JWB has been an added partner in our business. They keep us informed on each of our rental properties as well as managed our properties above industry standards. JWB has been patient with it's guidance as we learned about the Real Estate Industry. We have had a great experience with JWB as our property management company! They’re quick to respond and do their best to keep everyone happy. Like all management companies, their fees are high for any type of maintenance- but having the convenience of someone else taking care of the odd-hour requests is worth it in my book. We work with Milly and she is a joy to speak with during our monthly updates!
