We worked with Beltway on multiple DSCR refinances. I am not sure what happened, but we started a refinance in February, and with this deal, communication was poor, we were lied to, we were promised reimbursement for fees that stacked up because they could not get us to the table. They let the account manager go who had been working with us, and then promised to do all they could to finish the refi. After four more weeks, they still could not get it done. They cost us over $10,000 in late fees and finance charges on other properties that were waiting in the wings for this refinance to go through.
We finally settled 5 months later, using a new lender, after a very long refinance process.
We are still waiting for the reimbursement that was promised to us.

I only leave reviews when I truly recommend a business or service, so here I am! Applying for a cash-out refi loan with Brian and team at Beltway Lending was an awesome decision. Honest, fast, helpful, knowledgeable…I have zero criticism of any aspect of their process. Beltway has several products that they offer for lending and I intend to use them as my go-to for all of my investment needs. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience refinancing a loan with Beltway lending. Dante was so pleasant to work with. The whole process was so stress free. He addressed any concerns I had which wasn't many since he was transparent from the start. I would definitely recommend working with him.

We have worked with several lenders and loan officers, Logan of Beltway is exceptional. He tries every possible way to close the loan. Highly recommended to use him for your investment lending needs. Their processor Jaime always keeps you updated and answers the phone call. Great Team to work with.
