Had a really negative experience working with LoanBidz. I have excellent credit and have closed multiple deals with other lenders. Last minute (just one day before closing) the deal fell apart due to a technicality with the wholesale contract. I will never use this company again as they cost me several thousand dollars. I caution other investors when dealing with Loanbidz. My account executive was Omar R.

Tried to do 3 deals with them and they changed the terms at the last minute. The only time they worked on my deals was when I called or emailed to follow up. I only talked to the loan officer in the beginning and when they decided to change terms at the end. Don’t waste your time with these amateurs, get a real loan company, They are just playing games.

Worst company ever! Plays games, poor communication, lacks any sort of structure. Waisted my time and my money, took over 45 days and still couldn't close. They were still dragged their feet and kept changing lenders. Poor communication wouldn't answer calls or emails. If I could rate them a zero I would. Went to another company and closed within 10 days. This company is a joke, major red flag!
