Working with Garrick at Loanbiz has been nothing short of amazing. I came into the process nervous and unsure, especially with my limited real estate experience. Rehab financing was one of my biggest fears, and I wasn’t sure if I’d even qualify for what I needed.
Garrick made everything easy. He took the time to walk me through each step, answer my questions, and calm the worries I had in the beginning. What really stood out was how he helped me secure a lender willing to cover 100% of my rehab costs—something I didn’t think was possible at my experience level. That alone was a huge deal for me.

Tried to do 3 deals with them and they changed the terms at the last minute. The only time they worked on my deals was when I called or emailed to follow up. I only talked to the loan officer in the beginning and when they decided to change terms at the end. Don’t waste your time with these amateurs, get a real loan company, They are just playing games.
