Sharon is a true professional. She has been my property manager for 2 years and I continue to be impressed. I live in California and having a great property manager with good communication skills is a must. Not all property managers are created equal, and Sharon is the best. She has handled evictions, renovations, vetting and placing new tenants, tenant requests, and keeps the Buildium account up to date. She always keeps me in the loop and communicates very effectively. She responds promptly to both me and my tenants. I know that with Sharon my properties are in good hands.

Sharon has been managing our property for about a year now. She does an excellent job across all areas, including finding and assessing tenants, problem solving with the tenants and managing their payments very efficiently. She is definitely the best property manager that we have worked with and I highly recommend her. Dave.
