I had an excellent experience working with my Favorite lender from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire loan process, always taking the time to answer my questions, explain each step clearly, and keep me informed. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I have been working with Griffin and Amy on multiple deals. Griffin is extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to walk me through my first DSCR purchase and continues to provide me with the best service. He was able to help with structuring the deal and strives to get the best rate and least amount of cash invested. Amy has been processing my loans and does it both diligently and effectively. As I continue to grow, I'd like to have them both as permanent members of my team. Thank you both for your hard work and I look forward to our continued success together.

I just got the keys of my Mobile Home!! My wonderful realtor introduced me to "Your Favorite Lenders". It was a breeze working with them. I personally worked with Shane Rody and his team. He was wonderful all the way through. His team made sure I was informed right away of anything needed for the process, they worked fast and were always available when I had a question about anything. The team is very professional, respectful, and efficient. I would definitely recommend anyone trying to buy a home to give them a try.
