When we started this company, we knew that we wanted to focus on education, building relationships, and helping investors toward financial freedom. So that is exactly what we did. When our founders joined forces, each brought unique and valuable skills and experience that would lay the foundation for our company. Before BRRRR Loans, there wasn’t a private, long-term financing option designed for securitization…there was only hard money or “fix & flip” loans. As a result, the only way a borrower could exit a hard money loan was to sell the property and pay off the loan or refinance with a bank. We knew that there had to be another way, and that is how the idea of BRRRR Loans was born. We have the knowledge and resources to help fund your next real estate investment, and we will do it, standing by your side and helping you achieve your goals.

My experience with Brrrr.com was great. Most dscr companies I dealt with in the past are unorganized. Dominic and Briana made my experience working with them seamless. I got my refi done extremely fast, within a few weeks. They are my go to for my future deals.

If you are a real estate investor who acquired 2-8 unit properties, than Brrrr Loans is the best!!! They have a great team, I worked with Dominic and Anastasia, and I have done multiple deals with them! I love Brrrr Loans and am proud to say I am a repeat client!

Another successful funding! We have worked with BRRRR loans, specifically Dominic and Anastasia on the last few transactions. They both are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prompt which makes a seamless process. They have been a pressure to work with and we look forward to many more deals in the future.

My partner and I had a great experience with Brrrr. Joel, Anastasia and Varaz were all amazing. It was my first time using a hard money loan and I must say, they’ve set the bar pretty high. There’s no need for me to use any other hard $ lenders. The rate was solid and the professionalism was top notch. They made things very easy, they showed patience with me and were very accommodating even when my closing was delayed. I worked closely with Varaz and he was the best. He was always easily accessible and very responsive. He didn’t just dismiss me either once the deal was closed. He helped me out as the renovation was going on, answered all my questions on draw requests and anything else. I even just got a holiday letter from Joel and team via mail. It was a nice touch. Didn’t just feel like a business transaction with Brrrr. They make you feel valued as a business partner. I totally recommended Brrrr. Varaz is the man!

He has helped me close countless deals quickly and his numbers are always accurate. Varaz is always available and willing to answer any questions that I have immediately. I have never worked with a better lender or loan officer as their services are unmatched.
