Kiavi was a real pleasure to work with. I am a real estate investor and have worked with a lot of lenders, the experience I had with the entire team was one of the best. I used Kiavi’s Fix and Flip loan to secure a property to purchase and renovate in Florida. Nathan Parente was a wonderful person to help guide me throughout the process, and he made sure we stuck our timeline and parameters for the deal. And is just overall a great person who puts his clients first, and was a great welcome into Kiavi. We worked with Christy as well, who was awesome on the loan processing side. She is a true professional in the space and was amazing even with a tight timeline and complex sale. I hope to do many deals with them in the future. Can’t speak more highly!!

Been working with Kiavi for past 2 years. I was introduced to Kiavi via a mentor/ broker for my first deal. They were super easy to work with. Post my first deal, I worked with Haley. Deffenbaugh and she’s been my contact since , Haley is prompt responsive and super easy to work with. Meanwhile I can’t praise Kiavi enough, they’ve made real estate game so easy for me. They are super prompt. The entire team is really on top of the paperwork and documentation. They are quick to catch any discrepancies and protecting me in the process too. And their portal is super fun to work with to get my numbers quite quickly. No waiting on your agent to give you term sheets. They are transparent and clear from start to finish I’ve done fix and flip bridge funding and refinancing with them.
