I am so impressed with Dylan, Claudia, and the whole team at Kiavi. I had to change lenders mid-contract and they were able to meet the tight deadline and close the loan in 7 days. I absolutely love the ease and transparency of being able to price out my loans in the Kiavi portal and how seamless the underwriting process has been. I will definitely be using them again and 10/10 recommend.

At first, I wasn’t completely confident about working with a new lender — in this industry, many promise you the world but don’t always deliver. However, my experience with Kiavi, especially with Dustin, Christy, and Roberto, completely changed that perspective.
This was my first deal with the team, and the process was seamless, efficient, and absolutely above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism.
Roberto, in particular, made the experience feel personal — like working with family. Whether it was a phone call to update me or a text just to make sure things were moving smoothly, he was always there every step of the way. That level of communication and dedication made all the difference.
