We had the privilege of working with Holly and it was the best experience. Her depth of knowledge and ability to communicate that informstion is top notch. Zero sales pressure. Answered every question we had and then some we didn't even know to ask! If you are trying to think strategically, or "outside the box", about real estate investing, she is the right agent. Five stars!

As a first‑time investor, I had no idea where to start, and Holly made the whole process feel manageable. She broke down the market clearly, helped me understand cash flow and value‑add potential, and guided me through every step with patience. She brought me solid cash‑flowing options, pointed out opportunities I would’ve missed, and connected me with lenders and contractors.
Holly was always quick to respond, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about helping me choose the right investment. Thanks to her, I closed on a property I feel confident about and would absolutely recommend her to anyone beginning their investing journey.

We are so glad we found Holly as our realtor! She has helped us a lot and made us feel at ease when we are frustrated with the house-buying process. She has a lot of knowledge about properties, especially from an investor's point of view, which is what we need as well, being newbies in real estate investing. Very responsive to our messages and good at communication. Whenever we have needs, she helps us arrange things accordingly. We'll definitely work with her for our future properties!

It was a crazy (and surprisingly short journey). Holly did an excellent job caring for us and offered personal reassurance along the way. She stayed in the trenches with us and I definitely feel like she has our backs. We got a much better deal than we could have ever imagined. Holly Brown is an amazing realtor! She’s sold my family 2 homes now, as well as helping us rent one and was amazing through each process! Always there to help us answer any question we might have and if she didn’t know the answer, she always found out all information for us that we might need and then some. She helped negotiate things for us and always had our back. She really cares about finding the home that best fits our needs and making sure we never settle! I definitely recommend her to anyone needing a realtor, whether you’re buying, selling, renting, or wanting to do short term rentals! She’s amazing!

It's difficult to fully express how grateful I am to have come across Holly. She brings a wealth of experience as a successful investor, an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate and renovations (seriously, it's like having an agent, a remodeling consultant, and a home inspector all in one), and a genuine desire to help her clients succeed.
As a new real estate investor who had never bought a property, I was scared to death at first. But Holly was with me the whole way, and she gave me the confidence to move forward even through setbacks. She's not just the only agent I will ever use, she's also become a good friend. If you need an investor-friendly agent, talk to Holly. It will be one of the best decisions you've ever made.
