The best management company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I've been a renter pretty much my whole life so I feel like I've seen it all with rental companies. On this most recent move to Ocala I've had some nightmare experiences with other rental companies this time around, but not with RPM. Once I found a property I was interested in Ana was quick to personally call me and help set up a walk-through (tried to setup online, website was temporarily down). Also, the moment she found out I was traveling from 3 hours away she went out of her way to get a list of other properties for us to look at while I was there without being asked. She was incredibly patient and let me ask all my questions (and go off on unrelated tangents as I'm prone to do). By the end of it I felt incredibly comfortable to rent from this company in the future and it was a deciding factor upon applying. Once we were in the application process we were working with Rica, who was just as amazing. She helped me tremendously throughout the process and was always willing to answer all of my questions (once my anxiety kicked in there were a lot of questions and emails). Rica always kept me well informed of where my application was in processing through numerous emails back and forth, sometimes I felt like I was checking too often, but she never made me feel bad about that. All in all it has been a great experience and we are so happy to become tenants with this company.
