We are moving from Minot, North Dakota to Ocala, Florida. We chose to rent through Real Property Management Diversified. Rica Mason has been nothing but amazing. It is not easy moving across the country, Especially to trust someone to rent a place from. Rica has made everything so easy and comfortable. I scheduled some showings to show some out-of-state rental clients a few rentals Using ShowingTime through the MLS. Unfortunately, no code was provided and they mentioned that I would be provided access information at the time of showing. At the time of showing, however, no access information was provided, and we had trouble reaching someone at the office. We had to call multiple times to reach someone, but thankfully we were able to reach someone and Ana was very helpful with making sure that we were able to see the properties that we had scheduled. I called her every time I reached each home and she was able to provide me a one time code. This could’ve turned into a disaster for clients that don’t even live in Ocala yet, but thankfully the solution to give me a one time quote for each properly saved the day. Update- Unfortunately it took way too long to get my clients approved and on top of that this company decided only after approval to hit them with a first time renter fee. I’ve personally never heard of such a a fee and if this is something they charge first time renters then it should have been disclosed upfront. They have only ever been homeowners so I don’t understand why they should be punished for that.

We were referred to this management company. During the home inspection visit, the agent walked through the entire home but remained mostly quiet and did not ask any questions about the property. At the end of the walkthrough, she simply stated everything looked ready to go and that she would send over the paperwork to get started. We provided her with our garage door opener so she could show the property. However, due to the lack of follow-up communication and the unusual nature of the walkthrough, we ultimately decided to move in a different direction. Since then, attempting to retrieve our garage door opener has been frustrating. The agent initially said she would meet us at the property to return it, but her scheduling conflicts prevented that from happening. She later told us it was at the office and that we could pick it up. When we arrived, it was not there. We were then told the manager had it. To date, we still have not received our garage door opener back from this company.

Great experience with Ana and the team at Real Property Management. We lived in one of their managed properties for almost 2.5 years and they were very attentive when we had minor property issues. They made the move in process very simple - we literally retired in South Korea on the 31st of August and were sleeping in one of their properties on the 1st of September. As a person who had a real estate license and managed family properties - I'm impressed with the stringent background checks they enforce. I would feel very comfortable with having them manage our properties. Thank you for the wonderful experience as we built our retirement home!

At first I had filled out their property assessment form by accident on their website and ended up getting emails from Rachel (on January 2nd). I had told her that I was actually someone looking to rent and she said "no problem, I'll have Alain get in touch with you", so I gave her my phone number. I never heard anything. I had a scheduled showing for Saturday January 10th at 1pm in Belleview fl. The only communication I received was the day before, regarding my showing which was an automated text asking to confirm, which I did. Then 2 hours before the showing to remind me. Nothing else. I arrived at 12:50 and waited until 1:15 and no one showed. Update Monday January 12th 2026: I did not realize that my phone was identifying RPM as a potential spam and never showed up on my recent calls even though I had added their number to my contacts, so if Alain did call me on January 6th, it never went through, I have looked through my voicemail and didn't see anything there either, the only one I had was from Lee regarding the form I accidently filled out. I had gotten a notification about a voicemail from Alain today (1/12/26) but no notification of a phone call until I had clicked on the voicemail. Everything has been sorted out, but I'm sure anyone would have been frustrated because of a glitch. Thank you.

I am a realtor and I 100% recommend this company. They have helped my clients tremendously—professional, honest, and always responsive to every question my clients and I may have. Ana Goya is excellent; I always try to rent her properties because of her speed and professionalism. Rica is extremely attentive and takes the time to explain and answer all the questions a person may have. As a realtor, I fully recommend this company to work with. I hope to continue renting many more properties with this company.

The process was easy and pretty straight forward. Most of the process can be done on the phone which is very convenient. Rica was extremely helpful to me and extremely responsive to every message I sent. She answered all my questions and got back to me very quickly and was very kind and professional the entire time. If I emailed after hours or over a weekend, I would always get a response in the first 30 minutes of business on Monday. She was very accommodating even as things changed and was available for all of our needs. I never felt like I was left waiting nor did I ever feel pressured at all. It is because of her great service and how smooth everything has gone, I give 5 stars!
