Giving 3 stars because we did close after all, but this lender required me to go back and change the name of “landlord” on my leases before they would close. It was ridiculous. Had to meet up with every tenant over the weekend to get them all to initial the changes, which had no impact whatsoever on them. Closing was delayed by about 10 days from the original date given. I would not recommend this lender to anyone who is trying to meet a deadline. They gave me no updates unless I emailed and asked them where we were in the process.
