Worked with Katie at HouseMax on a cash-out refinance for an investment property in San Diego, CA. HouseMax knows how real estate investments work and was able to tailor a solution to my needs. Their rates were great and the process was easy to navigate while getting great support from underwriting team. Team managed to get a great LTV while maintaining rates competitive. Will do more business with HouseMax.

Housemaxx is the best partner for your real estate deal. We had a pretty complicated historical house renovation project and when no other lender could understand it or let alone do it, Housemaxx stepped in and made it an extremely smooth transaction. They proved they were real partners and none more so than Kaleb Provence.. The regional account director.
He helped us navigate this deal as if it were his own. I honestly feel if not for him we could not have gotten it done. He is absolutely amazing!
