I read all the great reviews but the property I went to look at was renovated on the inside but the outside was extremely unacceptable especially for how they expect the clients to be. It has an overgrown yard and was filthy and trashy on the outside. Very disappointed

I love BG Realty, every time I have a maintenance request it's completed promptly. Mrs. Wendy is super nice and so very helpful. Anytime I have an issue she always finds time to respond to me . It's nice to know that we're people to them. Some places just look at you as just rent. Love BG Realty !

We have entrusted BG to manage our properties for our small business and I couldn’t be happier. Natasha ( our property management agent) is absolutely amazing and works hard to ensure our properties stay rented. She is knowledgeable about market values, local contractors, and anything else we might need for our rentals. She is the epitome of professionalism. I have been very pleased with BG and would highly recommend them.

For the last 2 years, I have been very satisfied with BG Realty’s service. Overall, they have located good tenants. They respond quickly to tenant issues and my inquiries. Wendy Russell has been a joy to work with. She is an excellent communicator and handles issues efficiently and expeditiously.

BG Realty is such an amazing business to go through for all your real estate needs! They are highly attentive, passionate about their work, dedicated to giving you the best results, and always a joy to speak with in person or over the phone. All of their staff is great but I cannot say enough about Dena Saltzman and Wendy Russell! They are absolutely amazing at what they do! They always go out of their way to make sure your needs are met and to also resolve any issues that you may have! They are the best!
