⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently applied for a rental property managed by Turnkey Property Management and ultimately decided to withdraw my application due to the communication I received during the process. As a real estate investor and housing provider myself, I fully understand the need for applicant screening, income verification, and documentation requirements. My concern was not with the requirements themselves, but with the manner in which they were communicated. The point of contact assigned to my application, Natalia Fitch, sent an email that repeatedly stated, “Read instructions carefully before calling or asking questions — everything is explained.” I found this language to be dismissive, insensitive, and unprofessional. Prospective residents should feel comfortable asking questions during a housing search, and communication should be informative without making applicants feel like they are a burden. The overall tone of the correspondence focused heavily on warnings, denials, and consequences rather than providing a welcoming and customer-focused experience. First impressions matter, and this interaction left me concerned about what communication and resident support might look like after move-in. The property itself appeared attractive, but the leasing experience did not align with the level of professionalism and customer service that was implied in the listing and marketing materials. Because of this experience, I chose to rent elsewhere. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that management reviews its communication practices and provides a more respectful, professional, and customer-centered experience for future applicants.

Overall nice place, backyard has an old dog pen and overgrown, there’s an exposed wire where the doorbell should be, and someone left a turd in the toilet

I was visiting one of my client's and some weird man ran up on me all abrasive yell he was going to call the police and have my car towed! I was in total shock attempting to figure out what the issue was! I am barely 5'3. Big guy screaming. I felt threatened! Whoever the individual was that did not identify himself if ridiculous and his behavior was disgusting!!

Without expecting this company to hold my hand from start to finish…you NEED to take the initiative to go for what you want in a proper fashion…and I did just that! I’m ready for my new home! Thank you for allowing the brain cells to work as they should…lol Much love, peace, and blessings!

I loved my experience being a first time renter through turnkey! Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and quick to respond with questions that I might have had! Would definitely recommend anyone to rent from this company. Friendly staff and nice homes!
