I can’t say enough good things about Ashley with Turnkey Property Management!
She went above and beyond to help me secure my rental. She stayed late to make sure everything was finalized so I could move in before the weekend instead of being left waiting until Monday. That kind of dedication and care made all the difference for me. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth. I’m truly grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place!

Ms.Ashley was great she took her time to break down everything you need to know about the property it was a good experience she kept a great smile the whole time aye y'all need to tape in with @TurnKey Property Management they will get you right if you looking for a place to call home

Signed my lease today with Ashley at Turnkey Property & it was a great experience. Ashley is thorough, kind, and efficient. I feel that we got the paperwork done in a timely manner! I’m a veteran and the new home supplies received were unexpected but greatly appreciated

Ms. Ashley is amazing! She is always willing to listen and resolve whatever issue! My AC went out and she diligently worked to resolve the issue! I am so grateful ! She is a valuable asset to that company.

Professionalism is alive and well in 2025 and it resides at Turnkey Property Management! I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding kindness and respect I was treated with as a patron at the office, especially by Ashley. If you're looking for a property management team that gets things done, and does them the right way, then look no further!

Ashely was very thorough and precise. Covered all aspects of my lease in detail, made sure I felt comfortable and understood all policies. Very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend leasing with turnkey.

I do not recommend renting from Turnkey Property Management. Although the process of starting the lease and moving in was easy and pleasant, my experience after move in has been awful. I have been battling with them for weeks about getting my air fixed, but they won’t fix it and just say that it’s hot outside. My air is still broke. Yet they’re charging me for maintenance making the repairs and they won’t have someone else come back out.
