Property Flip Loan and Marc have been extrodinary on transactions I have colaborated with him on. He is balanced with his analysis of my projects and although he has not funded everything I have presented to him, when he does fund a project, he moves fast, and the closings are clean. Marc approaches problems professionally and personally, which I apprciate. My company & I reccomend him.

The guy just called me. We talk over the phone about deal that I’m about to do. He told me his terms and I told him that I have a better terms and he said okay I have other people to loan their money and hang up in my face, I will never work with this guy and I recommend you to do the same.

Just wrapped up my first project that I worked with Marc on and I am already looking forward to doing many more deals together!
I have worked with a number of private lenders over the years and this was the most smooth lender that I have worked with. Closed fast with a very simply and straight forward draw process.
Marc was genuinely interested in the project and was a valuable resource as well.
