DO NOT rent "Serene & luxury retreat, waterfront, hot tub, clamming" in Lilliwap. If I could select zero stars, I would! This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences our family has ever had. The listing advertised a luxury waterfront retreat with amenities including a community pool and air conditioning. We planned our entire day around those amenities, only to learn from the host shortly before arrival that the pool listed in the advertisement didn’t actually exist. We had already paid to spend part of the day elsewhere before checking in, expecting to finish the afternoon at the pool. The host simply acknowledged the listing was wrong and said they hoped it wouldn’t affect our stay. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. When we arrived, the exterior was poorly maintained with rotting decking, overgrown weeds, peeling paint, and what appeared to be mold on the deck. Inside, the property looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. There were dirty dishes left in the sink, a full dishwasher, filthy countertops and cabinets, stained furniture, dirty and unmade beds, disgusting floors throughout, dog food and debris on the master bedroom floor, a bathroom that smelled of urine with urine in the bathtub, feces left in a toilet, filthy sinks, dust buildup, and a hot tub that was dirty and left unlocked. The listing also advertised air conditioning, but there were only two portable AC units for the entire house, and neither had been set up. We had driven 2½ hours for what was supposed to be a family vacation, spent over $600, purchased vacation supplies and food, taken time off work, and brought our six-year-old child. The condition of the property was so unsanitary and unsafe that we immediately turned around and drove home the same day. Many of the perishable groceries we had purchased had to be thrown away. Calling this property “luxury” is incredibly misleading. Our family never even unpacked because the home was not in a condition we felt comfortable staying in. We cannot recommend this property to anyone, especially families traveling with young children.

Such a cute place!!! This was ocean spray resort in Grayland WA… “Seascapes Cottage”…. nicely updated (and still being updated) very quiet nice cottages with all essentials… WiFi very spotty but they tell u that up front… plus it was nice to b forced to unplug! Super close to beach just a short walk. Close enough (10 min drive) to Westport if u need a bigger grocery store or restaurant choices. Top notch customer service - they texted me if I needed anything my first night there and I had just noticed my fridge not cooling like it should so I told them they and they responded right away!!!!!!! Super impressed. Wish I had stayed 1 more night! Will definitely return, and have already recommended to my family and friends.

We had to travel across the state to Seattle every other weekend for months due to an illness in our family. After spending multiple night (weekends) in at least, 6 different locations near downtown Seattle, this accommodation was incredibly refreshing to walk into. We had every comfort and convenience of home. It's a beautiful, secure, convenient location. The door code is easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well maintained the rooms are compared to all the other places. I was able to reserve parking for the weekend with the "WAY" app at the Arches parking garage, within walking distance. There are also a few grocery stores located within close walking distance. I have plans to return to Seattle for leisure in the summer and I wouldn't want to book with anyone else. I definitely recommend to family and friends alike.

Their booking system is super easy. Very good customer service. I highly Recommend Valta to anyone who is planning to discover Seattle area.
