I went to book a location in Grayland from VRBO. After i had put in all my info and pressed book, the page wouldn't refresh. I received NO confirmation email and had NO bookings on VRBO. I booked elsewhere and forgot about it. Later on I find out I had been charged for this booking anyway, despite never even knowing i had it! I called the location and VRBO, neither of them could pull up any info to help me. I disputed the transaction on my credit card due to never having recieved the services I was charged for and had my claim DENIED! Valta disputed back and fought me and took my $400 for NOTHING!!

Such a cute place!!! This was ocean spray resort in Grayland WA… “Seascapes Cottage”…. nicely updated (and still being updated) very quiet nice cottages with all essentials… WiFi very spotty but they tell u that up front… plus it was nice to b forced to unplug! Super close to beach just a short walk. Close enough (10 min drive) to Westport if u need a bigger grocery store or restaurant choices. Top notch customer service - they texted me if I needed anything my first night there and I had just noticed my fridge not cooling like it should so I told them they and they responded right away!!!!!!! Super impressed. Wish I had stayed 1 more night! Will definitely return, and have already recommended to my family and friends.

We had to travel across the state to Seattle every other weekend for months due to an illness in our family. After spending multiple night (weekends) in at least, 6 different locations near downtown Seattle, this accommodation was incredibly refreshing to walk into. We had every comfort and convenience of home. It's a beautiful, secure, convenient location. The door code is easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well maintained the rooms are compared to all the other places.
I was able to reserve parking for the weekend with the "WAY" app at the Arches parking garage, within walking distance. There are also a few grocery stores located within close walking distance.
I have plans to return to Seattle for leisure in the summer and I wouldn't want to book with anyone else. I definitely recommend to family and friends alike.

I live outside the country, and having Valta Realty oversee my property in Kirkland has given me real peace of mind—especially when difficult situations arise. When we experienced a serious foundation moisture issue caused by a failed sump pump, the Valta team went above and beyond. I personally observed them spending 30–40 hours investigating the root cause and working through the best possible solution for me, not just a quick fix. I truly appreciate how seriously they take property care and ownership responsibility. It’s clear they treat my home as if it were their own.

I’ve been working with this short-term rental management company as a property owner for a couple of years and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly understands what it takes to maximize rental income while protecting the property.
Communication is clear and timely, maintenance issues are handled properly and their cleaning team is amazing . I feel confident knowing my property is well cared for, even when I’m not nearby. I highly recommend them to any owner looking for reliable and hands-off management.
