Funny fact are most realtors have never owned a house in their life every
So with Ramon , it’s different he has been in your shoes and knows the real estate business inside out. He’s actually an investor as well which was impressive to me and my wife and it was a no brainer to pick him.
It’s quite obvious he does not do it for the money, he actually does it to help people. And will go above and beyond to get a deal done.
He helped us sell our house and recommended contractors and what to do to the home to sell for an high price without spending too much and his selling strategy to be always visible and on top of Zillow and other websites was insane. I did not know selling a house can happen this quick and we got way more than we thought. His market analysis was very different and way more detailed than the other ones I saw.
Just a great experience.

Obviously, making an educated decision on buying a home is important. Having someone like Ramon Gomez, who properly, manages, and comes through with high expectations during the process of finding your dream home is a lifesaver. This is a valuable quality to have as a realtor and not everyone has it. He is really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with their outcome. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, compassion, good energy makes the process easy. 10/10 recommend.
