While my specialty is multifamily and house-hacking, I also work with clients seeking single-family homes and condos to fit their investment goals or personal needs. Brandon was great through my first time home buying experience. We found a great multi family property in no time at all that suited all of my needs as a house hack. Friendly, professional, experienced, and all of the other things you look for in a realtor. I plan on recommending him to everyone I know looking to buy a house hack, and you will too, once you’ve dealt with him.

Brandon did a fantastic job helping my fiancé and I close on our first house hack. This deal was especially long and drawn out, but he stuck with us every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions/tour houses, provided sound advice, and has a great network of people surrounding him to ensure a relatively seamless buying process. Highly recommend Brandon. He’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and communicates extremely well. I look forward to working with Brandon again as soon as I save enough for the next down payment!

Brandon is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate investing and the local market. Always super quick to reply and answer any questions I have, and he went above and beyond to make sure any of my concerns were taken care of.
