About us
Serving Homes from $500K to $2M+ I work with buyers and long-term investors, NOT wholesalers or deal intermediaries. Most of my clients are owner-occupants, house hackers, and out-of-state buyers. My work spans primary residence purchases, house hacking, flips, and long-term rentals. I’m involved in managing a number of out-of-state projects as well, working with local teams I put in place around each deal to make sure execution stays on track. I bring over 15 years of residential construction experience into every deal. That means looking past surface-level comps and finishes to understand how a property is built, what it will realistically cost to improve, and whether it’s actually worth pursuing. I’m hands-on and direct. If a deal doesn’t make sense, I’ll say it. If it does, I’ll help you move forward and stay involved through execution. Project management is available for investors executing on properties they own.

I first met Adam in March 2024 in hopes of getting started in real estate investing. Despite my inexperience, Adam was patient, attentive, and spent a lot of time educating me on the process. We were met with multiple hurdles throughout the year, but Adam was able to help me navigate them time and time again. Adam goes beyond just getting you "in your first home", he helps you plan for long-term growth that aligns with your financial/life goals.
When you speak with Adam and his team, you truly feel like you have their full attention. Adam goes out of way his to help his clients, and is definitely REI friendly. Highly recommend!

Lion's Den Real Estate helped me through the very stressful time of selling my family home. As I sit here to write this Review about Lion's Den Real Estate, there is only one word that comes to mind.
Excellence !!!
Adam made, what should have been a very stressful and emotional time of Selling a few of my Properties. Very Smooth and Rewarding Transactions. 3 Properties were Handled at the same time with no problems closing the Escrows.
I wish that everyone I work with had Adam's work Ethic.
He Brings new meaning to it. I would trust him with anything I do in the future.
He seem to put out the fires in the Escrow's before they happened even if the problem was on the other side.
Like I said one word. Excellence.
