I had problems with my previous property manager.
The tenant did not pay his rent and then left the house without warning, leaving it in a deplorable state. Since the development of the city of Jacksonville seems promising to me, I decided to sell Georgia’s house to invest in Jacksonville.
Living in France and having little knowledge of the American market, I had to ask friends for advice.
This is how I was introduced to Tim. I had nothing but praise for his service. His perfect knowledge of the market allowed me to put the house up for sale in optimal conditions. Furthermore, I particularly appreciated his ability to negotiate with the buyer to establish the final price
For all these reasons, I highly recommend using Tim for your real estate transactions

Tim Sharkey knows real estate!. I spent several months calling and interviewing real estate agents before choosing Tim, whom I had never met until the day I signed our listing agreement. Tim absolutely had (and has) the best qualifications, and he followed through every step of the way with his knowledge and competence to the completion of the sale. Whether you are buying or selling, having an experienced real estate professional makes all the difference. Tim's dedication as a full time investor and agent in real estate clearly exemplifies his expertise in getting the absolute best outcome for his clients properties. His skill was invaluable in helping me sell my 80 year old home in today's market. Talk to Tim before choosing a real estate agent. You will be glad you did.
