24Acres is a boutique wealth management and tax planning firm specializing in working with high-net-worth individuals and families who own investment real estate alongside other assets. We provide fully integrated, fiduciary advice that brings together investment management, tax strategy, estate planning, insurance, and real estate advisory—all under one roof. Our goal is to simplify complexity, optimize after-tax outcomes, and help our clients make confident, informed decisions with their entire financial picture in mind. After years in the industry, we saw a gap - traditional financial advisory firms often overlooked the complexities and opportunities that come with real estate investing, and real estate-focused groups rarely integrate holistic financial planning into their advice. Our goal is to bridge that gap, helping clients gain #WealthClarity around their entire financial picture.

I can’t say enough good things about 24Acres Wealth and Max Gallagher. I’m a commercial real estate broker, so there are a lot of intricacies when it comes to tax planning, investing, and thinking through the bigger financial picture. Max makes everything extremely easy to understand, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable.
If you want someone who is truly going to manage your money with care and take the time to help you understand the process, this is your firm. Highly recommend, especially for anyone working in real estate.

Max Gallagher has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and is steering my financial boat into fair winds and following seas. He is responsive and sensitive to all of my preferences. Max has put together a tax team I have confidence in, from bookkeeper to CPA. Helping clients meet their financial and investment goals really seems to his vocation, not just his profession. Max is a true professional and always responds to all my questions and concerns promptly! His investment strategy has been keeping up with inflation, but also has a very good balance of safety and risk involved. We are confident in our future plans and retirement strategy working alongside 24 Acres.
