About us
Susan helps investors build long-term wealth through real estate in the Phoenix Metro area. As an investor-friendly Realtor®, she works with out-of-state buyers, 1031 exchange clients, and local investors who want to take advantage of the Valley’s strong growth. She is also a mortgage broker and is able to find fantastic lending options for her clients to make their investment even more profitable. She goes beyond the MLS to uncover real opportunities—analyzing numbers like cap rate, cash-on-cash return, DSCR, IRR, equity multiple, and comparing short-term vs. long-term rental performance. Whether you’re expanding a portfolio, repositioning a property, or moving capital into the Valley, Susan provides the data, connections, and strategies to help you invest confidently and profitably.

I've worked with Susan to purchase properties in AZ, MD and DE. She's always followed up with updates, reminders and conducted research to qualify properties that I've been interested in purchasing as an investor. I would recommend her highly to anyone interested in acquiring a property and I'm sure she would do an excellent job representing a seller as well.
