I enjoy working with investors to help them build wealth. I enjoy teaching people how to house hack. I have helped multiple clients purchase multifamily properties, STR's (AirBnB's), flips, group homes, vacation homes and primary residences. I have experience with 1031 Exchanges. I currently work all over the Phoenix metropolitan area, Tucson and up North. I currently have a few SFH rentals, have done a flip and am in the process of acquiring another one plus a SFH. I have many vendor contacts if needed (painters, flooring, plumbing, etc.). In August of 2021 I sold 2 businesses that I ran. I have a business mindset and know all the challenges that come with running a company.

We worked with Susan to buy our first house and she made the house buying process extremely simple. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She communicated everything and checked in with us constantly to see what we needed. She’s even touched base with us after we closed on our house to make sure we were happy. She’s truly amazing and you can tell she really cares about her clients!!
