Great experience working with Evan Hoy, Ben Stanley, and Kylee Lipscomb. I never had a problem getting ahold of any of them, they were very efficient and got my loan closed in a very short amount of time. As a first time homebuyer they were great about teaching me how everything works and why it works that way. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I can’t recommend Bryce and Kim enough. I was looking for a DSCR loan and was worried about the paperwork and timelines, but they made it a total breeze. Their communication was top-notch. I never had to wonder where we stood in the process. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great people to work with. 5 stars all the way!

I recently used Total Quality Lending for an investment property loan, and overall I had a very positive experience. We hit a few hiccups along the way—as can happen with any complex transaction—but what stood out was how quickly and proactively they responded. Their team worked with me to find solutions, kept communication open, and made sure the process kept moving forward.
In the end, everything closed smoothly, and I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to problem-solve. I’d definitely consider using them again for future investment deals.

I had an amazing experience working with Taylor Burkhart on my loan to pull equity out of my property. From start to finish, Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He explained every step of the process, made sure I understood my options, and moved everything forward quickly without any stress on my end.

I recently closed a transaction with TQL. Zachary and Kim provided great help along the process. They always respond timely and explain things clearly. During the whole transaction with complexity, there was never a hiccup from the lending side even though we had to keep on pushing the timeline due to inspection-related issues. I always felt I'm in good hands. I'd highly recommend anyone purchasing a property in Indy area to use them as the lender.

I can't say enough great things about TQL, Chris, and his team Becky, Erin..everyone! This was our first investment property and it couldn't have been any smoother. I called many lenders before starting this process, and as soon as I spoke with Chris I could tell he was who I wanted to work with. Everyone is very responsive, knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond. We purchased a property out of state which I was initially nervous about, but they made everything so easy! I contacted TQL through BP lender finder and had a fantastic experience. After the initial forms, I worked mostly with Becky for my options and processing, and she took time to listen to my requirements and respond quickly. The closing attorney, my agent, and the seller's agent all mentioned at different times how great she was when it came to checking in, being proactive in providing information and just being easy to work with. I think it's part of why we got the house we wanted!
