Fantastic service and communication with Angelyn when our AC went out - and Ben from the HVAC company was fantastic in solving the issue quickly while it was super hot outside!

Admitted illegally entering my unit before I moved out due to a "weird smell" and mentioned not believing I'd get all my things out in time for move-out. Between this, and my 12 month lease lasting from Jan-Sept (9 months for the astute of you) I had a bad experience. Otherwise, properties and maintence are top-tier.

All County Lehigh Property Management company is by the best Property Management company in the Lehigh Valley. Devyn and the rest of the staff are great to work with. To all landlords you will never find a more competent property Management company than Lehigh Valley Property Management. I highly recommend this company!!!

Takes multiple days to respond, and they dont fix anything!!
unfamiliar with property they manage, accused me of flushing paper towels down a toilet and then took me to court for 3k of damage to toilet plumbing. Plumber came and told me septic tank was overflowing and thats why toilets were backing up. sewage was all over my patio for weeks. had to get a lawyer. this company was quick to blame me rather than working with me. they lost in court and the rental owner fired them. worst experience I have ever had. Couldn't move in month of July due to water being unsafe and then they blamed me that windows were closed. I hadn't moved in yet, you all had windows closed, NOT me. Without ac, what human would have windows closed??? Blame the new tenant. That's their game. NOT trustworthy.

This property management team has been absolutely outstanding. They are incredibly attentive and consistently provide fast, reliable responses to any questions or concerns. Their professionalism and dedication to excellent service truly set them apart. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about their tenants’ needs. Their prompt communication and proactive approach make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate everything they do!
