Minimum credit: 660+ **can go lower with limitations. Minimum DSCR: 1.0 Minimum property value: $150K Fix & Flip: 1-4 unit properties. Up to 90% LTC with 100% Rehab for experienced investors. Up to 80% LTC with 100 Rehab with no experience. Minimum credit: 600 Minimum Loan amount: $100K Multifamily: Up to 10 units. Up to 75% LTV Minimum Credit: 660+ Minimum property value: $400K with $50K minimum per door Multifamily value-add bridge: Up to 85% LTC Minimum Credit: 680 Minimum Property value $500K

After dealing with a few other lenders that couldn't close, Bryan and his team were able to get the job done!! He helped me refinance two of our investment properties and was very thorough throughout the entire process. He would keep me aware of exactly where we were throughout the process and made sure to let me know if any documents were needed from me to get our deal closed fast and efficiently. I would recommend Bryan and his team to any investor or buyer looking for investment financing!
