I called quicker home loans for a dscr loan on my investment property and they quoted me the best rate by far. After closing my first deal with them now I have 6 dscr loans in process with them.

I’d highly recommend.., they’re rare. They work for us and less for the banks! Normal loan officers get all the money they can possibly get out of their customers. (Please the banks)
DSCR loan was very fast and easy, won’t have to worry about finding the right team anymore!

I have now done two loans with Ali Najjar, he has great ethics and keep me well informed of on each step of process
Much better than any bank I have ever dealt with
