I'm focused on helping investors find and analyze profitable, single-family, multifamily, duplex, off-market, and STR opportunities. We'll build your team and strategy through exit. Data-driven, locally verified approach using Wall Street tools for Mainstreet investors. It's not just about the sale, I give you full concierge support—deal analysis, walkthroughs, rent comps, DSCR/cap rate breakdowns, and building your local team (lenders, PMs, contractors, CPAs). I want to understand your goals as an investor and develop a strategy. Working with Jake was/has been fantastic! Met with him the first time at Address Income about a year ago, and we have stayed in touch since. He just represented us buying a dreamy property(primary residence) here in Reno. We beat out 3 other offers including a cash offer with a very creative and stand out offer. He was always available and presented us with options all while pointing out the positives and negatives of each. We felt very confident and informed working with Jake.
