A dedicated real estate investment agent in the Reno Tahoe area. I'm focused on helping investors find and analyze profitable, single-family, multifamily, duplex, off-market, and STR opportunities. We'll build your team and strategy through exit. Data-driven, locally verified approach using Wall Street tools for Mainstreet investors. It's not just about the sale, I give you full concierge support—deal analysis, walkthroughs, rent comps, DSCR/cap rate breakdowns, and building your local team (lenders, PMs, contractors, CPAs). I want to understand your goals as an investor and develop a strategy. Jake A was a pleasure to work with! My wife found him through social media. We were brand new to the area and did not know many people or have much of a network. Jake was friendly, accommodating, and patient with helping us through the first-time home buying process. From showings to negotiations, Jake was always professional and helpful.
