Stay away!
This management company was very helpful in convincing me to sign a lease and stopped being helpful the minute I paid first month’s rent.
Upon move-in I had no hot water for 13 days. I could not get a clear answer on gas shut on/off and I had to figure it out myself. Speaking of utilities, upon lease-sign I was responsible for paying ONE and the rest of the utility charges would fall on the “hoa”. I am now fronting the bill of utilities not included in my lease responsibilities. No effort to get these bills out of my name from MBP
whatsoever.
A day after I turned my hot water on my key got stuck in the ancient door knob. When reaching out to get assistance from their resident hotline I was told they had no idea what to do for me. I ended up calling my own locksmith and also footed that bill. It’s been over a month and my door is still faulty. I’m paying a premium to not be able to use my front door. Glacier response and resolution times.

I was in need of some very useful advice from someone in the property management industry. Mark educated me, and I feel more secure about making the next investment in Arizona. I will definitely continue to rely on Mark and his team for any advice or services!

I rarely take the time to post a review but when I do it's because I've received exceptional customer service. My husband and I have been working with Ronald during our entire application, approval, and move-in process. I cannot express enough how outstanding Ronald has been as he has helped navigate us through the process. His communication, timeliness, kindness, and customer service skills have been above and beyond. Everyone knows that the moving process can naturally be stressful, but honestly Ronald has taken away so much of the worry for us. In addition; we've been really impressed with how streamlined and efficient the Mark Brower Property company is in their procedures, and we are excited to be residents and are also thankful for the ease and professionalism of service. Even when I have visited the Mesa office to deliver documents, the front desk staff have also been incredibly welcoming. Whether you are considering renting or leasing one of their properties- know it's been impressive and encouraging for us. But if you get Ronald as your coordinator- just know you're in the best hands! Thanks again Ronald.

Working with Mark Brower Properties has been such a positive experience, and Spencer deserves special recognition. He is always so helpful and incredibly easy to work with. Spencer consistently goes out of his way to ensure properties are well-maintained, and his attention to detail shows in everything he does. What stands out most is how approachable and responsive he is — anytime I’ve had a question or needed to discuss something, he has been readily available and willing to help. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, and Spencer does both effortlessly. I highly recommend Mark Brower Properties, and I’m especially grateful for Spencer’s dedication and support.

I would like to send compliments to this company because they provided me with courteous and helpful service even after they knew I was not a potential client. I sent an online inquiry to them for property management services for my furnished rental. An agent (Spencer!) called me back soon after to tell me they only work with unfurnished units, but he offered to look for and refer me to a different company which serviced those needs. He subsequently emailed me with that information, including contact info for an agent from that other company. I found that integrity and service refreshing and noteworthy.

I love my new home! I moved in a month ago, and my experience with Mark Brower Properties has been fantastic. The application and move-in process were great. Ronald was invaluable and communicated the next steps, making my move seamless. My property is clean, and everything in the home is in working order. The rent cost is a respectable, fair price, and I hope to be a long-term tenant.

We had been with Mark 20 years when he was just starting out and did fantastic the first years and trusted his opinion. But as he grew his quality diminished. As we live out of state had put a lot of trust in what he did. Coming to Scottsdale last summer and looking over our properties what a huge disappointment we had put a good some of money in one of the houses for general maintenance painting-lawn-sprinklers good cleaning how disappointing it was when we showed up. Poor quality work - things paid for not done Richard had an excuse for everything. Our other house was occupied could not believe how run down it was I thought they checked on property. Back yard covered in dog poo. Air vents had not been cleaned or changed in a very long time. Tenant complained of the work in bathroom that Brower had done and never completed. Brower had wanted us to pa 20,000 + $$ to fix sewer. We had a company come in and was told all was ok. So if you do not live in area to check up on them don’t waste your money.
