I've been so happy with 10X property management. The property I rented through them was beautiful and they were always there when we needed them. Jordan walked me through every step of the move in and move out process and made it so easy. It's not just him, though, everyone in the office had the same gracious spirit. Highly values relationships with their renters.

Honestly the best company I have rented from here in Columbus. I have no complaints at all. Everyone I have spoken to over the last year and 10 months have been wonderful. The house was well kept and they documented everything before I moved in so they can fully compare now that I have moved out. Jordan is who I spoke to with any questions or concerns and he handled everything in such a timely manner. 100% recommend them.

I’ve been working with 10X Property Management for months now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. In that short time, my property has been fully renovated and successfully rented out.
What has truly set this experience apart, though, is Gia. She has gone above and beyond by not only helping us manage our property, but also taking the time to show us the ropes and give us a real understanding of the business side of things—knowledge that many others would keep to themselves. I’ve been with 10X for over a year now, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Jordan, who usually takes my calls, has been incredibly dependable and easy to work with. He always follows up promptly and makes sure everything is taken care of without delay. It is rare to find a property management company that actually listens and delivers on what they promise, but 10X has definitely done that for me.
