Great housing. They stay up to date with everything. Miss Tierra panel is a great property manager. The housings is beautiful. They really care about their tenants

10X Property Management never ceases to deliver an excellent, smooth and stress free experience. This is my second time using them since my move to Ohio. Their professionalism, prompt maintenance and overall outstanding service is unparalleled. I absolutely recommend 10X Properties Management!

You will never hear from them after paying the application fee. We ended up having to apply for another house, whose qualifications were way more strict so I know that the house we applied for with 10x is being left up to farm application fees off Zillow. I have filed a police report in order to obtain my funds back via bank dispute. This company is crooked as hell. “Waiting for a background check” for over a week and a half, still to this day no answer at all, not even a denial. Called repeatedly to be met only with AI and a voicemail where nobody calls you back. We saw a house yesterday and were approved within two hours, these people are scammers.

My property manager ms.pannell had extraordinary customer service , she helped me find the right property that was the best suitable for me and my family and gave very discriptive details regaurding my concerns which was greatly appreciated due to pass experiences & you guys also have to check out the new office it’s immaculate. Thank you so much !

Dislike it! I didn’t get to see the unit, until 2/19/26 when I came in to look at it, I saw dead roaches in the fridge and cabinets. Under the kitchen cabinet, where the sink is, the wood was rotted. They just did touch up paint jobs throughout the place. I had to by my own bombs and roach stuff to get rid of the bugs. You never get to speak with a live person, it’s always a robot, that lies about someone reaching back to you about stuff you have going on. The doorway to the basement is not wide enough to put a washer set through it, so I have to go to a laundromat to do laundry weekly. They send you emails, but whenever you try to respond back, it states; this isn’t a real email. They talk about how, if you have animals waste in your yard, you will be fined; but I don’t agree with that, because you can’t control other’s animals. They half cleaned my unit; they only throw out the persons items, but let scattered pieces of glass in front of the garage door and throughout the yard( I had to get up and clean the unit myself, but they still are charging me for two days rent. The maintenance request, kept being denied until I got the state involved. I’d like it better if they had a live person to speak with and an office!
