I am so glad that I came across Lendevity. This is the new and easy way to get loans. I had been dealing with a traditional lender for MORE THAN A MONTH, then I was told about this company, and not only did Shay immediately returned my call but the entire transaction was completed in ONE WEEK!!

I had the best experience with your company! Shay Novak was brilliant! After trying with three different major companies where, even though I qualified for the loan, they couldn’t close due to some weird provision with my HOA’s insurance and bylaws, Shay creatively found the perfect solution, and we closed shortly thereafter. Bravo also to everyone involved, who kept me informed throughout, and your easy to understand portal.
