Very helpful and mutually invested in my house sale as much as I was. We took the time to see it through even when the market looked difficult. I also was out of town during the majority of the time and felt confident things were being taken care of in my absence, which was really appreciated!

Louann and her team are highly capable. They had complete transparency throughout the process, excellent responsiveness and knowledge when responding to questions or document clarification, and they empathized on the struggles of navigating the process to not just owning a house but a home.

Louann and Brian have been such an incredible part of my home-buying journey. I first met them 10 years ago when they helped me purchase my very first home, and they’ve been by my side for every home purchase since.
This time, they helped me navigate the biggest purchase of my life while I was moving from out of state. Even with the distance and time differences, I always felt supported, informed, and completely confident because I trusted them every step of the way.

The Schultz Team was amazing to work with from start to finish, getting our home from listed to under contract in ONLY 13 DAYS and ABOVE ASKING PRICE! We had an open house and had 2 offers that day. Prior to this, the team met with us and provided market research and other information to ensure we were selling at a competitive price. Louann ensured all paperwork was completed quickly (from both buyer and seller), was on top of all communication and quickly responded to texts/calls/questions. Her transaction coordination team was great and explained all necessary steps. Louann had excellent recommendations for any companies/contractors for any final work needed on the home. This experience has been FANTASTIC and we would highly recommend The Schultz Team to help buy or sell your next home!

Louann Schultz has been an exceptional and very accomodating realtor to handle the purchase of my daughter’s first home. Not only was she very sensitive to the many requests we have had to make sure our daughter was entirely comfortable and well informed to begin home ownership, but she also steered a very swift closing process given our need to vacate daughter’s temporary living within a few short weeks. She guided us through every step allowing what is typically a stressful situation be a proud enjoyable experience! Thanks Louann! Donna Mills
