Another great week.
I’ve stayed at the Diplomat for the majority of the past 15 years.
We’ve stayed in 660 Unit 9 a handful of times.
Always a perfect stay.
Like home away from home.
Always clean.
Fully furnished.
Pots, pans, Keurig.
We always stop in at Walmart to get food for the week.
The unit always has those little extras like aluminum foil or sugar.
Those of us that stay there pay it forward and leave things behind to help others.
Internet/wifi. We don’t come to watch tv, but the kids use Disney+.
Beautiful unit. Great view of the beach from the 3rd floor balcony.
Towels. Sand toys for the kids.
Even has movies and board games for kids if you get the rare thunderstorm.
Thank you for another great stay.
Can’t wait for next summer.

Outstanding company! This is the second year in a row that we rented our vacation unit through PMI. They are exceptionally easy to work with, very responsive and always professional. I like dealing with a local property manager that I can trust vice one of the national chains. Robert is very personable and always easy to get in touch with.

We have recently entrusted Robert and the PMI Team with our beachside rental property and they have been outstanding. The time they invested to learn what is most important to us, and our goals in renting our home is top notch. As a property owner, I would absolutely recommend contacting PMI if you are considering either renting out a property, or for short term rental option for you or family!

My family and I recently stayed a condo within Diplomat Condominiums on Cocoa Beach. We had a ocean view condo that was perfect for our young family. It was spacious, quiet, and had easy access to the beach. The outside is an older building and is in need of some love (this was the only down side), but the inside was completely refurbished and the back patio was so large! We would definitely stay again.
